It's time once again to look at the sky for the coming fortnight and the weeks ahead...Venus has now reached Aries and finds action and dynamism in relation to his themes of connection. It's a good time to action areas of life which Venus rules. Venus joins Rahu for the coming weeks, so expect inspiration and passion to increase considerably. Mars has now entered Gemini and brings strong analytical and problem solving energies to the sky. It's a great time to dig into the details and find motivation to resolve things. Especially around Mars related themes. Mars will enter Cancer next where all his drive drops away and he struggles to find the motivation to get things done. 

Wednesday, March 15th  

Main Event: Sankranti - Sun enters Pisces, Saturn enters Shatabhishak constellation

Today is a great day to take things easily and appreciate the tension that the last 2 months have brought as Sun moves under Saturn's gaze. Sun enters Pisces today and ushers in the beginning of the Sun's happiest 6 months of the year. House issues around where Leo sits in your chart will likely flow more easily from this point forward if there has been blockage. Sun in Pisces brings focus to following our dreams and aspirations and setting goals to get closer to them. With Jupiter also in Pisces it's a great time to focus on these themes. Saturn enters Shatabhishak today and will be there until October 16th. This is a moment of magic involving Saturn where he is in gift-giving mode, especially for Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Sagittarius and Aquarius ascendents. Also if you have Moon ruled birth constellation Hasta, Sravan or Rohini you likely will feel some better flow to move forward as Saturn moves on from the Mars ruled Dhanistha where he blocks the flow of the Moon ruled constellations which are one before the Mars ruled ones. Now it's Mars ruled birth constellation natives' time to feel the restrictions of Saturn on their energetic progress in life.  

Friday, March 17th Main Event: Mercury enters Pisces 

Mercury generally doesn't function well in Pisces where the dreaminess of Pisces clashes with his practicality. But in this case Mercury feels relief from leaving the gaze of Saturn and joining the expansive prospect of conjunction with Pisces' Lord Jupiter. Mercury ruled themes will likely flow more easily with this transit.

Main Event: Sun and Mercury enter Uttarabhadrapada constellation 

Uttarabhadrapada is the constellation of CEOs and success-driven people. Here Saturn brings the energy of hard work and focus to one's dreams, making them inevitable. Sun here for a fortnight is a very positive transit and intensifies the goals connected to dreams dynamic mentioned above. Mercury adds practicality and flexibility to these themes.On a deeper level, this constellation pushes us inwards to wash away any blockages, insecurities, uncertainties or misalignments in our selves, in relation to our path. That is why it brings big success because alignment is inevitable here. It's important to keep some time for introspection and this internal process over the coming fortnight.

Main Event: New Moon in Uttarabhadrapada constellation 

Moon joins the Sun in Uttarabhadrapada constellation for New Moon today. This indicates that the Uttarabhadrapada themes will run throughout the month ahead. It is like a month of cleansing and internal purification, akin to bathing in a holy river. The river washes away from our consciousness that which we no longer need so we can proceed on the path. It is important to be attentive to letting go of that which isn't serving us or helping us to reach our dreams or goals over these days. And if we can't let go, then at least to notice those things and be aware that they are in the process of leaving. The conjunction of Jupiter, Mercury, Sun and Moon on this Moon makes this month very dynamic and progressive and we can expect dynamic forces as we come into the next eclipse season which starts now as a lead up to the solar eclipse on April 20th.
