Saturday, August 27th  

Main Event: New Moon in Magha constellation

This month the energies of Magha constellation are running, which brings up themes of power, control and authority. It is a challenging month as we are all in different ways playing out those roles as the one in authority e.g. parent roles and also the one under authority. This is a journey into the masculine side of ourselves with the goal to heal the dysfunctional aspects of masculine control which are often running through fathers, grandfathers etc. into our current lives. Magha seeks to give us a state of respect commanded rather than demanded. Magha is also excellent for removing negativity in our lives, and changing unwanted habits. 

Wednesday, August 31st  

Main Event: Sun to Purva Phalguni constellation, Mercury to Hasta constellation, emphasis on Dharma padas, Ganesh Appearance Day

Purva Phalguni continues the masculine Leo themes and the Sun here for 2 weeks illuminates the protective facilitative male energies that provide a safe space for expression and abundance. The Sun comes into his nurturing side here and gives great energy for starting new endeavours especially during this increasing phase of the moon cycle. Mercury is very happy in Hasta and looks for ways to implement practically all of his grand ideas and plans. It is a great period for problem solving and we will see Mercury in Virgo for 2 months, which will be very beneficial for everyone. Today is an emphasis on dharma, duty and alignment to one's real path. It is an excellent day to stop and reconnect within and see how aligned you are to the best path forward for yourself.

Thursday, September 1st  

Main Event: Venus enters Leo and Magha constellation

Venus enters Leo where he isn't the happiest as he isn't fully aligned to the egoistic side of Leo and its ruler the Sun. This may bring challenges to relationship themes and other areas of your life which Venus influences. There is great potential though as Venus moves through here to express authority through love, and to lead with compassion and kindness rather than force. 

Friday, September 2nd Main Event: Moon/Ketu conjunction 

Moon joins Ketu in Vishakha constellation which can be both dynamic and confusing all at once. A good day not to make important decisions and not do important work.

Main Event:  Full Moon in Purva Bhadra pada constellation in Aquarius

Purva Bhadra pada brings us to explore the depths of everything. This Full Moon day is a great day for deep meditation upon our grounding and our foundation and to explore those themes within. Full Moon on Saturday brings very strong Saturn energies in, so it's a great day to do spiritual practice and align oneself.
