It's time to look again at the coming fortnight's movements of the planets in the sky. 

Saturday, July 30th  

Main Event: Venus to Punarvasu constellation

Punarvasu tends to cause transformation, so Venus here has the potential to transform love relationships and other themes ruled by Venus in your life. Communication is a central theme and it's time to communicate clearly where you are to others. 

Sunday, July 31st  

Main Event: Mars/Rahu conjunction in Aries in Bharani constellation

The next couple of days are a sensitive time as Rahu and Mars come together. There is potential for conflict and explosive interactions. It's a good time to avoid people with whom conflict is possible and wait until Mars has moved into Kritika on 6th August before dealing with negative or challenging situations. 

Monday, August 1st  

Main Event: Mercury to Leo and Magha constellation

Mercury enters Leo and Magha constellation which brings the prince back to the kingdom. A certain playfulness and pomp enters the Mercury affairs during this time, and it can be very good for finding practical solutions to problems. It's a great time to seek out mentors with your ideas and get feedback.

Wednesday, August 3rd Main Event: Planets in 2nd and 4th padas 

This is not a great couple of days to endeavour for goals as there is inherent instability in the planets. The sky has the energy of over-endeavouring or of being too disinterested in the outcome of your activities.

Thursday August 4th

Main Event: Sun enters Asresha constellation 

Asresha is about commitments, bonds, connections with others and deep agreements that last a long time. The next two weeks with the Sun's transit here puts a focus on those agreements with others we need to make in order to achieve our goals in life. These can often be binding and bring challenges as Asresha doesn't allow us to let go or get away easily.

Friday, August 5th

Main Event:  Moon conjunct Ketu, opposite Rahu/Mars

Moon is in a point of freedom and escape for a day as he crosses this axis and transits Libra. A day to take things easy and not allow the mental and emotional energies to play into the negativities of the nodes. With this timing landing on Friday, social activities are the best at this time, free of any seriousness.   

Saturday, August 6th

Main Event:  Mars enters Kritika

Mars is very productive in Kritika, as this constellation is ruled by Agni and relates to cutting and slicing through obstacles in order to achieve success. All Mars related themes get an added boost at this time and it is a good moment to find added determination and will power to push ahead with everything. 

Sunday, August 7th

Main Event:  Venus enters Cancer

Venus enters the watery Cancer and heightens emotions and sensitivity. The potential to connect very deeply with others awakens here. Venus here also promotes themes of comfort in the home and a desire to be around those you are intimate and comfortable with. 

Monday, August 8th

Main Event:  Fasting for 11th day of increasing Moon 

Tuesday, August 9th

Main Event:  Mercury enters Purva Phalguni constellation

Mercury quickly marches through Leo and now reaches Purva Phalguni where he seeks to calculate how to make arrangements for others for their betterment. Purva Phalguni is masculine and facilitating and Mercury will tend to commit to too much here and then require his friends to help out. Considering the abundance themes of this lunar month, it is good to check in on your decisions to make sure you're not over-reaching.

Wednesday, August 10th

Main Event:  Venus enters Pushya constellation

Pushya constellation gives Venus a sense of abundance and productivity, which naturally follows on from the reset of the previous constellations. It's a great time for intentions to be set around Venus themes, love themes and material comfort and success.

Friday, August 12th

Main Event:  Full Moon in Dhanistha constellation,  Moon/Saturn conjunction

Full Moon in Dhanistha is very bright and high energy, with recognition and external focus the significant themes. It's a time to show off, let others see what you have done and what you are working towards.
