Astro Newsletter update

Hi ,
It's time to look again at the coming fortnight's movements of the planets in the sky.
Friday, June 3rd
Main Event: Mercury turns direct in Taurus/Kritika, Venus enters Bharani constellation
This Mercury retrograde period has added to the effects of the recent eclipses. With Mercury turning direct, the productive energy of Rohini will be supported by the intelligent ideas and problem solving of a helpful Mercury. Venus enters Bharani, one of the three constellations he rules. Venus in this constellation brings growth and renewal to relationships and social themes. This constellation brings energies of discipline and duty and it can be easy to feel overburdened around the Venus themes generally - romantic relationships - as well as what Venus rules in your chart.
Saturday, June 4th
Main Event: Increasing Moon in Cancer
Moon in Cancer this weekend amplifies the creative energies of this month as we have the 5th and 6th days of increasing Moon in the water sign of Cancer where the Moon's energies are amplified. It's a great time for meditation and going within.
Sunday, June 5th
Main Event: Saturn turns retrograde in Aquarius
We begin the next wave of Saturn retrograde today, as Saturn begins to dig deeper into the Aquarius themes and the Dhanistha constellation themes in our lives. Those with Aquarius ascendent will feel this very strongly. Aquarius themes relate to connecting to others and working for the benefit of others. Saturn will be encouraging us to go deeper into these themes. Dhanistha relates to image and perception and how we show ourselves to others. It relates to fame and prominence. Here Saturn will support us to go deeper in how we are seen by others and show more sides of ourselves in more genuine and authentic ways. This may challenge other's image of us and some may step away, but others will step forward to connect. Saturn will be retrograde until October 23rd, and will cross back into Capricorn on July 13th.
Thursday, June 9th Main Event: Sun to Mrigashira constellation, Mars to Revati constellation, Moon in Hasta constellation, Navami - realighment to dharma on Jupiter's day
The Sun leaves Rohini and enters the constellation Mrigashira. The searching tendency of Mrigashira unites with the goal oriented Sun to compel us to be more adventurous with our goals and push our limits over the coming fortnight. This combines with Mars entering Revati constellation which energises movement and action towards tangible results. The Moon is in Hasta on this day, which brings a practical approach in the endeavour to bring ideas into tangible results. Moon here takes the Rohini themes of this month to a new level where we revisit the themes from New Moon and address any resistance to progress in them so far. The increasing Moon on Navami, the 9th day, relates to the avatar of dharma, Ramachandra. Several important planets are in the mood of natural duty or dharma at this time and with Venus continuing in Bharani, responsibility, duty and natural function becomes a strong focus. Additionally Jupiter, a planet strongly related to rules and following systems properly adds to these energies as Lord of the day, Thursday.
Friday June 10th
Main Event: Moon in Chitra on Friday, planets in enjoying mood, as long as you're in your dharma
Moon in Chitra brings enjoyment and ease which is juxtaposed against the dharma themes of yesterday. This brings an environment where it feels we are in the conversation between Jupiter and Venus, Jupiter promoting dharma and Venus promoting what makes us happy. Ideally we are happy doing our duty. Now is the time to find the alignment in our lives where we can achieve both of these goals.
Saturday, June 11th
Main Event: Fasting for 11th day of the Moon.
Sunday, June 12th
Main Event: Moon in Vishakha constellation, Moon conjunct Ketu
Moon conjunct Ketu brings confusion and uncertainty so is a good day to avoid important decisions or decisive actions.
Tuesday, June 14th
Main Event: Full Moon in Jyestha constellation in Scorpio
This month the Moon goes from New Moon with his favourite consort Rohini, followed by Full Moon in Jyestha, his least favourite consort. Jyestha is difficult for the Moon because of her critical and judgemental nature. This Full Moon is very helpful for analytical judgement which is very beneficial when used in a positive light to identify issues. The difficulty arises when this critical energy goes into relationships and the negativity of the constellation becomes destructive. It's generally recommended to be more in your own space that around others with an amplified Jyestha energy.
